Our Story

We bring together glocal Thought Leaders who lead, engage, and work together to build capacity, explore culture, and make connections in their organizations and communities.

Since 2016, the Thought Leadership Conference has grown from a small local event to a large, diverse, global one focused on creating collaboration among business, education, and community organizations. Under the auspices of the Intercultural Relations Institute, we provide additional tools and learning opportunities to create deep and lasting organizational change and community impact.
